Access and eligibility depend on the laws of your local state and jurisdiction within India. Where local law permits you to hold an online gaming account, these Terms & Conditions form the binding agreement that governs your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For material changes, we will send a notice to your registered email and display an in-account alert at least seven days before the updated terms take effect.

If your account is suspended under a specific clause of the Terms & Conditions, any balance held at the time is ring-fenced. Withdrawals may be processed once the suspension review is complete, subject to the outcome and applicable clause rulings.

Withdrawal conduct — including disputes over pending PhonePe or Paytm transfers — is governed by clause 5 of these Terms & Conditions. Raise a ticket with your transaction reference number and our team will examine the clause-specific record.

Yes. Submit a formal dispute ticket from inside your account, citing the clause you believe was misapplied and the date of the event. Our compliance team will review the version of the Terms & Conditions active on that date and respond within five working days.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to applicable Indian law where access is permitted by local jurisdiction. Any unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration under the procedures described in the Dispute Resolution clause of this agreement.
