We collect your name, email address, date of birth and contact number at registration. If you deposit via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, we also store the transaction reference and status to reconcile your wallet balance accurately.

Data may be processed by payment infrastructure providers whose servers are located outside India. Any such transfer occurs under data protection agreements that require the recipient to apply equivalent security standards to your information.

We retain your records for the minimum period mandated by applicable Indian financial and anti-fraud regulations. Once that period expires, data is either permanently deleted or anonymised so it can no longer be linked back to you.
